Emma Feldman is a fully qualified, professional Yoga Instructor and Practitioner & Yoga Therapist, with over 20 years experience teaching people of all ages from all walks of life. Mother of boys, friend, sister, dog-lover, she remains passionate about improving lives through traditional Yoga Asana & Vinyasa, Pranayama & Breathing techniques and through Deep Relaxation and Meditation
The British Wheel of Yoga was set up in 1965 by Wilfred Clark as a co-ordinating body for yoga groups throughout the UK that welcomes all schools of Yoga thought. It provides a comprehensive Yoga teacher training programme over 5 years ensuring that all teachers reach the highest level of certification and experience before qualifying. BWY teachers are fully qualified to teach all aspects of Yoga, regularly take CPD courses to maintain their teaching status , are insured and are qualified in First Aid. You're in safe hands!
You are a wonderful Yoga teacher Emma (as well as a truly lovely human being). Your clear and patient instructions have enabled me to join your classes via Zoom for the past six months with live classes before that. I have benefitted greatly from attending your yoga sessions with increased body core strength and suppleness. My balance has also improved noticeably over the past eight/ten months or so. Yoga involves stretching all joints, muscles etc and I believe that such regular exercising has helped me keep a good posture and added to my enjoyment of walking.
